Clay studio culminating in a collaborative installation.

Queer Portraits & Power: A sweeping look at how queer lives have been painted, hidden, and revealed. Who do we let see us, and who chooses to remember us? Facilitator: Jonathan Katz
Masculinity in Motion: Flamenco-inspired movement unpacks masculinity in the body — rigid, fluid, performed, resisted. Expect sweat, laughter, discovery. Facilitator: Fernando Lopez
Tuesday
Generations in Conversation: From TikTok to chosen families, labels to fluidity — a lively dialogue across eras on how queer identity shifts with generations. Facilitator: Alim Kheraj
A Body Speaks: An evening performance of fire and longing — flamenco as a living queer archive. Special Performance by Fernando Lopez
Wednesday
Guitars & Sangria Siesta: Guitarist, pitchers of sangria, laughter in the afternoon sun. A midway retreat pause, Andalusian style.
The Art of Subversion: Through performance, conversation, and playful exercises, the session asks how glamour, gender, and provocation can become tools for storytelling and self-discovery. Facilitator: Colin Seymour
Thursday
The Sound of Us: A gently guided, highly accessible workshop where participants use breath, tone, and text to make a “vocal sketch” of self—no musical training required and no one is asked to sing solo. Facilitator: David McAlmont
Mask & Memory: Using clay to explore the personas we wear, and the histories etched into our gestures, habits, and self-presentation. Facilitator: Roberto Lugo
Cabaret of Futures: A cabaret of satire, spectacle, and queer futurism — camp as prophecy. Special performance by Crystal
Friday
Polari Salon: Queer Voices in the Open: A celebratory literary salon. Once-secret words now spoken with pride, voices shared and reclaimed. Facilitator: Paul Burston
Archive of Us: A group exhibit of making and saying-- what is revealed now, what we choose to become next.
Masquerade Gala: Masks, music, feasting — a closing ritual of joy, glamour, and community.
